Building design
Constructing a building for any purpose is a demanding, multi-stage job that requires adherence to a multitude of standards. Functional appropriateness of the structure, reliability and durability of the building, compliance with safety, sanitary and technical requirements, cost-effectiveness are all taken into account for the construction of the structure.
Project documentation is the first and extremely important stage in construction which includes several steps:
- Drafting terms of reference;
- Development of design and estimate documentation;
- Execution of detail design documentation;
- Designer supervision of project implementation.
Design documentation includes a master plan, drawings, specifications, layouts, estimates, lists of measures, schedules, and other documents. All these are prepared in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 21.101-2020. The set of documents is drawn up on the basis of ToR and engineering survey.
