The centre implements network-wide management and monitoring functions, such as configuration management, troubleshooting, and data quality. Svyaztransneft has introduced a centralised system for the operational and technical management of communication systems that meets the requirements for modern management systems.
Implementation of this project enabled the following:
- Reduction of time for localisation and addressing problems arising at communication networks;
- Improving the reliability of communication networks and control systems;
- Optimisation of existing operational processes, to ensure a high quality of performance;
- Ensuring effective planning and development of communication network infrastructure;
- Improving decision-making at all levels of communication network management;
- Ensuring high-quality communication services.
